Presentation of the Executive Board (EB)

The Executive Board consists of the key leaders of the Association. Members of the EB are elected for a renewable two-year term. The Coordinator, Secretary-General, and Treasurer elected automatically become members of the Board of Directors for the duration of their term.

Role of the Executive Board)

1- The EB is the body responsible for the ongoing management of the Association.

2- It prepares, convenes, leads, and oversees the regular and extraordinary meetings of the General Assembly.

3- In conjunction with the Board of Directors, it prepares and submits an action plan including a budget forecast to the General Assembly at the beginning of the term and ensures its implementation.

4- It can propose to the General Assembly one or more specific committees as well as mandates to be assigned to them.
